There is a 1MB limit on the size of media files. IrfanView (for images) and Audacity (for audio) are good for resizing and cutting.
After you drag and drop, the box should go green. Reload the page to verify that media has been uploaded.
If an upload was successful, a delete button will show.
Check the look and feel of your set by selecting your default Sheet in the Players section.

Please don't upload any images/audio/video that are copyrighted or illegal. Removal of media could make your question(s) impossible to answer.
